About the position Sales Manager, France
As a Sales Manager, you are responsible to manage, on a daily basis, the commercial activities and product offerings within sales in close co-operation with the Group Sales organization in order to reach our strategic targets. Your task will be to secure Diabs’ position as market leader through a professional interaction with customers and partners.
You will work in all our segments; marine, wind energy, transport, aerospace, and industry. Experience and customers network in transport and industry segments would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Manager position is to:
• establish sales strategy and budget for France according to Company directives
• be proactive, drive the development of new customers and developing new business opportunities as well as maintaining existing markets
• ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base
• establish key relationships with customers to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
• identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
• represent the business at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events
• manage special projects under the direction of the Market Segment Manager
• be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action

Experience and education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience,
• Minimum of five years as responsible for the day-to-day sales
• Experience in composites environment
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficient skills in relevant computer programmes

In this role, you will report to our VP Sales Europe.

The location of the position in France is to be decided, a home office may be discussed.
Traveling will be required approx. 60% of the time.
